The Centre S\u00c8VE values commitment<\/strong><\/span>, collaboration<\/span><\/strong>, success<\/strong><\/span>, and innovation<\/strong><\/span> to promote research in plant sciences at the national and international levels.<\/p>\n

The Centre S\u00c8VE is committed to fostering a research environment that is equitable, diverse, and inclusive of each individual’s identity. In the field of science – particularly plant science – we actively promote the inclusion of women, people of ethnic and visible minorities, people living with disabilities, Indigenous people, and members from the LGBTQ2S+ community. The positive impact of inclusive approaches on innovation and excellence is well documented. The Centre S\u00c8VE is committed to raising awareness among its members about the effects of unconscious bias and aims to actively reduce its negative consequences.<\/p>\n

The Centre S\u00c8VE aims to embrace the richness of its diversity, using equity and inclusion as powerful drivers for progress. As such, the Centre S\u00c8VE is committed to considering each member’s well-being, cultural safety, contributions, professional growth, and diverse educational backgrounds.
