CÉROM is looking for a student to participate to a multidisciplinary project (entomology, phytopathology) on the western bean cutworm, fusarium wilt, and mycotoxins, and their impacts on animal health.
The objective of the project is to provide an up-to-date overview of mycotoxins in various corn crops across different regions of Quebec by assessing how VGOH and its management affect mycotoxin production and by determining whether current control methods and certain agricultural practices can reduce the risk of mycotoxin development, improve corn safety, and reduce risks to animal and human health.
